Hi there! I’m Peri Anderson, a Brooklyn, NY native. My love for baking and decorating began in my mother’s kitchen when I was a little girl. My desire to make pastry arts my career developed after taking a recreational decorating class with my mom after college. 

I moved to the Philadelphia area in 2005. I am an industry-trained baker and decorator who worked my way up from intern to pastry chef over the course of 7 years at the Night Kitchen Bakery in Chestnut Hill. 

I look forward to making each cake its own unique work of art. I love incorporating my New York style into all of my cake designs. As they say, you can take the girl out of Brooklyn, but you can’t take Brooklyn out of the girl!
